About X-Mode

X-Mode Music was created by Kizkrash and Cursenet in 2025. The idea was inspired by the previlence of large, over-moderated Dubstep-promo discord servers ran by control-freaks; Platforms marketed as “for small artists” that operated in a way that pushed the small artists away. X-Mode is a response to the unrealistic expectations that small artists face when attempting to promote their music.X-Mode was made to give small artists the ability to collaborate and promote themselves among other talented small artists with little more expected of them than themselves.
X-Mode is also devoid of moderation teams, guidelines, or any other forms of corporate operation that set to scare away artists, and instead moves for a more streamlined method of community-moderation; control and function given to the people that make X-Mode what it is!

About The Creator

X-Mode Music was created by Kizkrash and Cursenet in 2025. X-Mode was created by Kizkrash, a 24 year-old Dubstep/Trap artist. Kizkrash, real name Kay, spent 10 years grinding and having an increasingly difficult time promoting his music; everywhere was a no-promo-zone and any promotion platform that called out to small artists promoted the same established artists over and over. The idea of a fair-chance Dubstep promotion website came to Kiz after re-listening to his Halloween Mixtape release from 2021, a collaborative effort made by Kzikrash and 7 other talented artists that was done to quench Kiz’s thirst for collaboration on his favorite holiday. The idea was further improved when the release of debut community dubstep mixtape ‘Bass Insect’ volume 1 came out on February 20th, 2026.
